- Upload a photo on this page. Clear, well lit and front-facing works best. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.
- We check your photo. A person looks at every photo before anything is made. If it won't give a good result, we email you first: send another, or cancel for a full refund.
- Made to order and shipped with free tracked shipping. About two weeks to make, then about two weeks for delivery. See our shipping policy.
Please read before ordering
- Art style: this is a cartoon (chibi) design, not a lifelike sculpture. If you want a realistic replica, this piece isn't the right fit.
- Likeness: we prioritize coat pattern, eye color and distinctive markings over exact anatomy. There is no design preview before production, so please check your photo and notes before you order.
- Color and texture: resin prints have bold colors and a smooth finish, not a fur texture. Colors can look slightly different on screen and between print batches.
- Size: about 4 cm (1.6 in) or 6 cm (2.4 in) tall. Each piece is made to order, so sizes are approximate (within about 0.5–1 cm, or 0.2–0.4 in).
- Custom item policy: because it's made for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
Care
- Dust gently with a dry soft cloth or brush.
- For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry.
- Don't use hot water, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading over time.
Questions
Will it look exactly like my pet?
No. It's a stylized cartoon version. We keep recognizable traits like markings, expression and coloring, not photographic detail.
My pet has a unique feature (a missing leg, a scar, odd ears). Can you include it?
Yes. Make sure it's visible in your photo and mention it in the notes when you order.
How fragile is it?
Resin is sturdy on a shelf but can break if dropped. Take care with thin parts like tails and ears.
The finished piece can only be as clear as the photo. The best ones are taken in daylight, at your pet's eye level, with their whole face in view and their eyes in focus.
One photo is required. A side view and a full-body shot help us get proportions and markings right, so add them if you have them.
Photos saved from social media or sent through messaging apps are usually compressed. Please upload the originals from your camera roll.
Some photos can't be turned into a good likeness: too dark, too blurred, too small, or with the face hidden. If that happens we email you before anything is made. You can send a different photo, or cancel and get a full refund.
Every piece is made for you from the photo you send. Colors can look slightly different on a screen and in print, and 3D-printed figurines can show fine layer lines up close. Sizes are approximate. None of these are defects.

Custom pieces are made for you and can't be resold, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started.
