Which size should I choose?
The 30 × 48 cm (11.8 × 18.9 in) mat suits one bowl or a small pet. The 40 × 60 cm (15.7 × 23.6 in) mat gives room for a food and water bowl side by side.
Is it only for dogs?
No. The mat is bone-shaped, but it works for cats and other pets too. Your own pet's photo is printed on it.
Can I put it in the washing machine?
We recommend wiping it clean or hand washing, then letting it air dry fully. Don't bleach it.
How long until it arrives?
About four weeks in total: around two weeks to make and around two weeks for free tracked delivery.
Returns
Because it's printed for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. See our refund policy.
The finished piece can only be as clear as the photo. The best ones are taken in daylight, at your pet's eye level, with their whole face in view and their eyes in focus.
One photo is required. A side view and a full-body shot help us get proportions and markings right, so add them if you have them.
Photos saved from social media or sent through messaging apps are usually compressed. Please upload the originals from your camera roll.
Some photos can't be turned into a good likeness: too dark, too blurred, too small, or with the face hidden. If that happens we email you before anything is made. You can send a different photo, or cancel and get a full refund.
Every piece is made for you from the photo you send. Colors can look slightly different on a screen and in print, and 3D-printed figurines can show fine layer lines up close. Sizes are approximate. None of these are defects.

Custom pieces are made for you and can't be resold, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started.
